01 — The Program
Rise.
Grow.
Emerge.
The Initiative
A structured mentoring programme run by the IMC Young People's Committee, connecting ambitious young professionals with senior leaders across Ghana.
The Community
36 experienced mentors spanning banking, law, medicine, engineering, technology, public service, fashion, and more.
The Commitment
A focused six-month relationship with a mentor who is genuinely invested in your professional growth — not just your name on a list.
This is not a networking list. It is a curated, personal investment in the next generation of Ghanaian professionals.

36
Mentors
Senior leaders across every major professional field in Ghana, volunteering their time and insight.
6
Months
Long enough to build a real relationship — short enough to stay focused on clear, achievable goals.
3
Mentees Max
Each mentor accepts no more than three mentees, so the attention you receive is genuine, not performative.
One conversation with the right person can compress a decade of learning into a single afternoon.
